Having being involved in the early development of the supply chain management discipline, Tech-Pro Personnel has extensive experience in identifying transferable skills in order to resource teams for numerous clients.  Although we have seen the number of people entering the discipline increase, the demand far outweighs supply.

In the past, there has unfortunately been limited emphasis placed on training and development.  So while some people are extremely competent at what they are currently doing, they are not capable or knowledgeable enough to move into a different silo. 

To this effect, it is Tech-Pro Personnel’s strategic intent to assist where we can in the development of suitable skills.  We therefore:

• Support the SAPICS Achiever Awards
• Sponsor at numerous conferences
• Present workshops and papers on various skills related topics
