Tech-Pro Personnel are pleased to announce the awarding of our second annual Certified Supply Chain Practitioner (CSCP) Bursary to Molefe Mputamputa.

This year we had over 75 applications coming from a diverse background of people. The caliber of candidate was extremely high. Seven applicants were shortlisted.

Molefe was awarded the bursary due to his inherent desire to not only develop his own skills, but to ensure that skills are transferred to a wider audience. In his current role, Molefe has been instrumental in developing a supply chain academy within his organization.

This qualification will add to Molefe's impressive academic background by supplying him with relevant theory to put to use in his role as Supply Chain Development Consultant with SABMiller. Molefe already holds an MBA, a BSc Chemical Engineering degree, a B.Comm degree and has completed a SCORE course.

Molefe will sit the CSCP exam in June 2009.

Applications for our 2010 bursary will open in July 2009.

Tech-Pro Personnel sponsors a full CSCP Bursary, valued at approximately R50 000.

The CSCP is the highest qualification offered by APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) of which SAPICS is an affiliate. It is an internationally recognized qualification and is regarded to be the equivalent of an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
